●3G三螺杆(gǎn)泵輸送(sòng)各種油類時應注意事項：When conveying various oil matters should be paid attention to:

    1、輸送40~150mm2/s的油類最合适，允(yǔn)許(xǔ)按泵的最高工作壓力使(shǐ)用。2、輸(shū)送(sòng)40mm2/s以下的油類，為保證(zhèng)泵的流量及壽(shòu)命應降壓使用。3、輸送150mm2/s以(yǐ)上的油類，且進油管道(dào)過長，彎(wān)頭過(guò)多，泵工作時如産生噪音(yīn)或振(zhèn)動現象，則應考慮更換低一級轉速的電機運轉或縮短吸入管(guǎn)道，減少彎頭。1, delivery was 40 ~ 150 / s best oils, permitted to use according to the maximum working pressure of pump.2, transmission oil, under 40 was/s in order to ensure the pump flow and life should be used antihypertensive.3, transmission of more than 150 was/s oils, and the oil inlet pipe is too long, too much bend, such as noise or vibration phenomenon when the pump work, should consider to replace the low level of rotational speed of motor operation or shorten the suction pipe, reducing elbow.

 ●3G型三螺杆(gǎn)泵安裝要求:3 g type three-screw pump installation requirements:

●3G型三螺杆泵的使用

●三螺杆泵特點及優點：

　　（1）壓(yā)力和流量範圍寬闊，流量範圍0.2～320m3/h最高工作壓力可達5MPa；（2）運送液體的種(zhǒng)類和粘度範圍寬廣,粘度範圍(wéi)1mm2/s-760mm2/s；（3）因為三螺杆泵内的回轉部件慣性(xìng)力較低，故可使用很高的轉速；（4）吸入性能好，具有很(hěn)強的自吸能力；（5）流量(liàng)均勻連續，振動小，噪音低，幾(jǐ)乎沒有脈動(dòng)；（6）三螺杆泵結構堅實，安裝方便(biàn)有(卧式、立式、法(fǎ)蘭式(shì)、插裝式）保(bǎo)養容易；（7）三螺杆泵具有很(hěn)強的(de)耐熱性，一般工作溫度是（1~250°C)超過(guò)此溫度需特制；（8）根據所輸送介(jiè)質需要還可提供加熱或(huò)冷卻結(jié)構；（9）三螺杆泵幾乎沒有(yǒu)磨損，三螺(luó)杆泵隻要選型正确，使用(yòng)壽命長。（10）三螺杆泵的工作效率高。

●三(sān)螺杆泵注意事項

    1.三螺杆泵的轉速(sù)選用:三螺杆泵(bèng)的流量與轉速成線性(xìng)關系,相對于低轉速的螺杆(gǎn)泵,高(gāo)轉速的螺杆泵雖然能增加了流量和揚程,但功率(lǜ)明顯增大,高轉速加(jiā)速了轉(zhuǎn)子與定子間(jiān)的磨(mó)耗,必(bì)定使螺杆泵過早失(shī)效,而且高轉速螺杆泵的定轉子長度很短,極易磨損,因而縮短了螺杆(gǎn)泵(bèng)的使用壽命。通過減速機或無級(jí)調(diào)速機構來降低轉速,使勘轉速保持在每分三百轉以下較為合理的範圍内,與高速運轉的螺(luó)杆(gǎn)泵(bèng)相比,使(shǐ)用壽命能延長(zhǎng)幾(jǐ)倍。

    2.螺杆泵的品質:現在市場上的螺杆泵的(de)種類較多,相對而言,進口的(de)螺杆泵設(shè)計合(hé)理,材質精良,但(dàn)價格較高(gāo),服務方面(miàn)有的不到位,配件價格高,訂貨周期長,可能影響生産的正常運行。國内生(shēng)産的大(dà)都仿制進口産品,産品質量良莠不齊,在選用國内生産的産(chǎn)品時(shí),在考慮其性價比的時候,選用低轉速,長導程,傳動量部件材質優良,額定壽命長(zhǎng)的産(chǎn)品。

    3.确保雜物不進入泵體:濕污泥中混入的固體雜物(wù)會對螺杆泵的橡膠材質定子造成(chéng)損(sǔn)壞,所以确保雜物不(bú)進入泵的腔體是很重要的,很多污水廠在泵前加裝了粉碎機,也(yě)有的安裝格栅裝置或濾網,阻擋雜(zá)物進入螺杆泵,對于格栅應及時清撈以免造成(chéng)堵塞。

    4.保持恒定的出口壓力:螺杆泵是一種容積式回轉泵,當出口端受阻以後,壓力會逐漸升(shēng)高,以至于超過預定的壓力值.此時(shí)電機負荷急劇增加.傳動機械相關(guān)零(líng)件的負載也會超出設計值,嚴重時會發生電機燒毀,傳動零件斷裂(liè).為了避免螺杆泵損壞,一般會在三(sān)螺杆泵出口處安裝(zhuāng)旁通溢流閥,用以穩定出(chū)口壓力,保持泵的正常運轉。

    5.避免斷料:三螺杆(gǎn)泵決不允許在斷料的情形下運轉(zhuǎn),一經發生(shēng),橡膠定子由于幹磨擦,瞬間産(chǎn)生高溫而(ér)燒壞,所以,粉碎機完好,格栅暢(chàng)通是螺杆泵正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的必要條件之一,為此,有些螺杆泵還在泵身上安裝(zhuāng)了斷料停機裝(zhuāng)置,當發生斷料(liào)時,由于螺(luó)杆泵其有自吸功能的特性,腔體内會産生真(zhēn)空,真空裝置會使螺杆泵停止運轉。

●螺杆磨損五點原因:

    1、每種塑料，都有一個理想塑化的加工溫度範圍，應該控制料筒加(jiā)工溫度，使之接近這個溫度範圍。粒狀塑(sù)料從料鬥進入料筒，首先會到(dào)達(dá)加(jiā)料段，在加料段必然會出現幹性磨擦，當這些塑(sù)料受熱不足，熔融不均(jun1)時，很易造成料筒内壁(bì)及螺(luó)杆表面磨損增大。同樣，在壓縮段和均(jun1)化(huà)段(duàn)，如果(guǒ)塑料的熔融狀态紊亂不均，也(yě)會造成磨(mó)損增快。

    2、轉速應調校得當。由于部分塑料加有強化劑，如玻璃纖維、礦物質或(huò)其他(tā)填充料。這些物質對金屬材質(zhì)的磨擦力往往比熔融塑料的大得多。在(zài)注塑這些塑料時，如果用高的轉速成，則在提高對(duì)塑料的剪切力的同時，亦将令強化相應地産生更多(duō)被撕碎的纖維(wéi)，被撕碎的纖(xiān)維含有鋒利末端，令磨損力大為增加。無機礦物質在金(jīn)屬表面高速滑(huá)行時，其刮削作用(yòng)也不小(xiǎo)。所以轉速不宜調得太高。

    3、螺杆在機筒内轉動，物料與二者的摩擦，使螺杆與機筒的工作表面逐漸磨損：螺杆直徑逐漸縮小，機筒的内孔直徑(jìng)逐漸加大。這樣，螺杆與機筒的配合(hé)直徑間隙(xì)，随(suí)着二(èr)者的逐漸磨損而一點點加大。可(kě)是(shì)，由于機(jī)筒前面機(jī)頭和分流闆的阻力沒有改變(biàn)，這就增加了被擠塑物料前進時的漏流量，即物料從直徑間隙處向進(jìn)料方向流動量增加(jiā)。結果使塑膠機械生産量下降。這種現象(xiàng)又使物料在機筒内停留時間增加，造成(chéng)物料分解(jiě)。如果是聚(jù)乙烯，分解産(chǎn)生的氯化氫氣體加強了對(duì)螺杆和機筒的腐蝕。

    4、 物料中如有碳酸鈣(gài)和玻璃纖維等填充料，能加快(kuài)螺杆和機筒的磨損。

    5、 由于物料(liào)沒有塑(sù)化均勻，或是有金屬異(yì)物混入料中(zhōng)，使螺杆轉動扭矩(jǔ)力突然增加，這種扭矩超出螺杆的強度極限，使螺杆(gǎn)扭斷。這(zhè)是一種非(fēi)常規事故損壞(huài)。
