遠東(dōng)優勢

    我公司(sī)始建于 1986 年,有近三十(shí)年的(de)加工經(jīng)營,目前(qián)擁有各(gè)類主要(yào)生産設(shè)備(bèi) 120 多台(tái)(套)。通(tōng)用設(shè)備有大型立車、坐标(biāo)镗銑(xǐ)床(chuáng)、數控(kòng)銑、立式加工中心(xīn)、外圓磨床、滾齒(chǐ)機、萬能銑床及各類(lèi)車床。專用(yòng)設備有磨具工具磨(mó)、轉子刀具(jù)刃磨(mó)機、轉子刀(dāo)具測(cè)量機、全自(zì)動螺旋轉子銑(xǐ)、半自(zì)動螺旋轉(zhuǎn)子銑、專(zhuān)用拉床(chuáng)、多孔镗床。

    我公(gōng)司深谙完(wán)善的檢(jiǎn)測設(shè)備是一(yī)流産(chǎn)品産出的(de)有力保障(zhàng),為此我公(gōng)司(sī)斥巨資購置了萬能工(gōng)具顯(xiǎn)微鏡、漸開線檢測儀、螺(luó)旋(xuán)線檢測(cè)儀(yí),萬能測齒(chǐ)儀(yí)、光學傾斜儀(yí)、布洛(luò)維硬(yìng)度計(jì)、投影儀等(děng)。我公(gōng)司還建有(yǒu)國家評定(dìng)的 b 級(jí)産品試(shì)驗(yàn)站,理化試(shì)驗室、長度(dù)計量室均是國(guó)家計(jì)量确認的合格單位(wèi)。
