螺杆(gǎn)泵的裝配流程 screw pump assembly process

 ①螺(luó)杆泵裝配前用煤(méi)油或(huò)者汽油清洗全(quán)部零件，去掉氧(yǎng)化皮和型(xíng)砂。(1) with kerosene or gasoline cleaning all parts before assembly, remove scale and sand.

②将軸承裝在主動螺杆(gǎn)上，并(bìng)用圓(yuán)螺母(mǔ)鎖緊。(2) the bearing is installed on the active screw, with a round nut lock.
③将卸(xiè)壓套(tào)裝在軸承(chéng)體内(nèi)，再穿入主(zhǔ)動螺杆。
(3) the unloading suits in the bearing, and then through the active screw.
④将(jiāng)泵套裝入泵(bèng)體中。(4) the pump set into the pump body.
⑤将(jiāng)軸承體、卸壓套(tào)、主動(dòng)、從動螺杆(gǎn)一起裝入泵套與泵體中(zhōng)。
(5) the bearing body, unloading, driving and driven screw together into the pump set and pump body.
⑥将主(zhǔ)動襯(chèn)套(tào)、從(cóng)杆襯套、止(zhǐ)推墊裝入(rù)泵套與主、從螺杆上。
6 will take the initiative to bushing, from stem bushing, thrust pad loading pump sets with the lord, from the screw.
⑦将(jiāng)後(hòu)蓋裝(zhuāng)入泵體(tǐ)上。all landowners will back cover load on the pump body.
⑧從主杆螺(luó)杆(gǎn)伸出端(duān)依次裝入機械(xiè)密封(fēng)、密封壓蓋(gài)。was out from the main pole screw end into the mechanical seal, seal gland in turn.
⑨将安全(quán)閥組裝在泵體(tǐ)上(shàng)部。the relief valve assembly pet-name ruby to the pump body upper part.
安(ān)全閥的裝配:the relief valve assembly:
①将(jiāng)閥座裝入泵體(tǐ)内，并用螺釘(dìng)固(gù)定。(1) the seat into the pump body and screw fixation.
②将調節杆旋(xuán)入閥後(hòu)蓋。(2) to regulate stem screwing in the back cover.
③依次講閥瓣、彈(dàn)簧、彈簧座(zuò)裝入閥體(tǐ)，再将閥後蓋與(yǔ)閥體連(lián)接好，裝螺母防(fáng)護帽。(3) speak in turn into the valve body, disc, spring, spring seat and the back cover and body connection is good, protective  cap nut.
④裝(zhuāng)螺杆泵閥(fá)前端(duān)蓋。before the valve cover
